Jozi ranked number two in the world
Cape Town makes it as one the most dangerous city in the world.
The Good City has once again released its 2014 index with Johannesburg and Cape Town making it to the list.
In 2010, Johannesburg was ranked number seven as one of the most dangerous cities in the world but things have changed as it is now inspiring.
This year, Johannesburg made it as the second most inspiring city in the world, following Hong Kong at number one and leaving behind Mexico City, Delhi and Nairobi.
People who stay in Johannesburg say that the city deserves to be on the inspiring list and is not known as the “City of gold” for nothing.
Mxolisi Tshabalala who was born and bred in Johannesburg said that the city inspires him because of the cross-cultural business relations that are found in Jozi.
“I understand that Jozi is one of the few cities to have CBD that has different cultures and languages but that still doesn’t hinder business transactions,” said Tshabalala.
With Cape Town being one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world, it is also a city that has extremely high rate of crime as it made it to the most dangerous cities in the world, ranking at number 10.
