Gogo Claurina Motaung celebrated 100 years at Ithuteng Old Age Home last Friday.
The elderly at the Zone Four home were dressed up to celebrate 10 decades of Motaung’s life.
Administrator, Mpho Tlou said it is the first time for the home, to have a gogo that is 100-years-old.
“We feel blessed to have her with us.
“She is still strong and well looked after by our caregivers.
“May God abundantly bless her,” Tlou said.
Director, Phinda Nhlapo thanked the ANC in ward 41,Pick n Pay, KFC, Nandos in Meadowlands and other businesses in the area for their contribution and making the celebration possible.
