NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS

Citizens of all the Wards in Region B are invited to participate in the Community Based Planning (CBP)

The City of Johannesburg is embarking on a process to roll-out the Community Based Planning (CBP) concept to all the wards in the city.

The aim of the CBP process is for the city and its communities to jointly analyse and formulate community needs and to feed this information into the Integrated Development Plan and budgeting process.

Community Based Planning is about ensuring social cohesion in communities and in adopting a joint, participative approach to development.

Notice is therefore given of public meetings to commence with the Community Based Planning process in Region B.

Citizens of all the Wards in Region B are invited to participate in these planning sessions.

Wards 68, 69, 82 and 86 form cluster one which will be having their meeting on Thursday, December 5 at the Danie van Zyl Recreation Centre 6pm.
