Kidi Tshukudu Vuka Ozivusayo secretary said there are many challenges that face the elderly in Pimville.

Tshukudu said some of the challenges that the elderly face, are children or grandchildren taking the elderly’s pension money provided by the government.

“There is also abuse of the elderly and the police taking longer to respond to their grievances,” she said.

She said the other fact mentioned was that Satanism is rife at schools.

She urged the elderly to be careful when staying with grandchildren as they are easily persuaded by their friends to join weird practices.
