Soweto LFA dominates tournament
Soweto Local Football Association's U19 ladies and U17 boys squads reign supreme at the 2024 Top 8 Far Post tournament.
The Soweto Local Football Association (LFA) U19 ladies and U17 boys squads were crowned champions of the 2024 Top 8 Far Post tournament powered by Lucky Star, held at Ext 6, Eldorado Park Soccer Field, on October 5.
Ladies’ victory
The Soweto LFA ladies punished Rand Central LFA ladies 3-2 to defend their champion title.
Coach Lerato Kabamba attributed their performance to fatigue from morning games and a two-week recess.
