Saturday will see the much anticipated Nedbank Ke Yona Team Search taking place at Mbombela Stadium.
The talent search is headed by four experienced coaches including Bafana Bafana mentor, Shakes Mashaba, Owen Da Gama, Khabo Zondo and Mike Mangena.
For the past two years, Nedbank has been on a nationwide search for raw talent in different parts of the country.
The chosen players play against the winners of the Nedbank Cup to give them an opportunity to show their talent.
This campaign has seen some of the players plying their trades at the Premier Soccer League and the National First Division.
Mashaba said it is always an exciting time for them when they get the opportunity to reach out to the various parts of the country and find those players that have never had the chance of being scouted.
He said through such initiatives they found players like Maphosa Modiba who was taken to the CAF Youth Championships with the U20 national team.
Players between the ages of 18 and 25 in possession of a valid South African Identity Documents can make their dreams happen by simply dialling *120*KEYONA# or *120*539662# and following the steps to enter.
Successful applicants are reminded to bring their ID when coming to the stadium for the trials.
