Eldos police arrest suspects for ATM bombing
Suspect caught with dye-stained money from ATM bombing, 7 arrested in Operation Teka Hinkwaswo.
On August 16, the Eldorado Park SAPS conducted Operation Teka Hinkwaswo, leading to the arrest of seven suspects.
The arrested suspects include one found with dye-stained money believed to be from an ATM bombing.
Sergeant Fezeka Khobo, police Media Liaison Officer said the suspect was traced and arrested at Freedom Park after receiving crime intelligence-driven information.

The individual couldn’t account for the stained money and was detained for further investigation.
“This arrest is a result of Eldorado Park SAPS’ ongoing efforts to combat crime through daily operations like Skoon Maak and Teka Hinkwaswo led by senior officers,” said Sergeant Khobo.
Brigadier Mkhacani Maluleke, Eldorado Park SAPS Station Commander noted that despite false reports to the media, the operations are yielding positive results in reducing crime.
