Littles ones at Good Hope Pre and Day Care Centre have fun
Little ones were thrilled to share in the celebration with one another, and the teachers ensured that each learner had a good time.
On August 2, Good Hope Pre and Day Care Centre hosted a beautiful birthday celebration for learners whose birthdays were between January and July at Thubelisha Doornkop.
Little ones were thrilled to share in the celebration with one another, and the teachers ensured that each learner had a good time.
What really got the kids happy were balloons, party packs, a vibrant theme, and a large cake.

The pre-school principal, Nomsa Phungwayo said they made the decision to celebrate ten learners’ birthdays simultaneously in order to save money for the parents.
It was also to ensure that all learners, regardless of their parent’s financial situation enjoy their special day with pride and delight.
“Right now I want the children here to have a wonderful day and I want them to realise that life is worth celebrating and that doing so is best done with those you love,” she said.
The little learners had a great day and they enjoyed it by dancing, and singing.
A parent of one of the learners who celebrated their birthday, Ncediwe Hlathuka said, “I’m delighted with how today went.
Most of us come from diverse backgrounds and cannot afford to throw elaborate birthday parties for our kids.
This type of celebration relieves some of the pressure on us parents. In most cases, we do want to throw parties for our kids but are unable to do so because of money difficulties. So I’m very happy that the principal has made things easier for us.’’
