Help Giving with a Purpose Foundation (GPF) to put smiles on the faces of children who desperately need a pair of shoes.
The foundation pleads with the public and local businesses to donate new or pre-loved shoes to help many children from needy families.
According to the founder of GPF, Nazlee Alberts, they distributed approximately 1,000 pairs of shoes, over 2000 sandwiches, 1000 doughnuts, soup packs and clothing during Mandela Day at Delrado Primary School.

However, a large number of children could not find fitting sizes, and as a result, the foundation decided to launch a donation drive to cover those who struggled to find sizes, especially for school shoes.
“We want to go beyond 67 minutes. It is saddening that some children did not get shoes and you could see that they really needed them.
“One of them was a size four, I watched him fit smaller sizes so he could at least have something,” said Alberts.
The foundation is a non-profit company founded in 2020 and its main objectives are to enrich the lives of underprivileged children and families.
Their objective is to feed the community through their feeding scheme programme, where they provide five meals a week.

They also have other programmes that are packaged to uplift the community to address mental and self-care awareness, women and child support and community charity recognition awards among others.
