American NFL player, Steven Jackson visits Orlando West

Beyond his athletic achievements, Jackson is known for his philanthropic efforts, particularly in the field of children's literacy.

The Jackson Family Foundation, in collaboration with community engagement specialists, Cora Consulting, visited Mbuyise Makhuba Primariry School to engage with learners to promote literacy and foster cultural exchange on November 27.

The visit also saw retired American NFL player, Steven Jackson taking part in the engagement and later joining the learners for a soccer game as a way of promoting physical fitness.

Beyond his athletic achievements, Jackson is known for his philanthropic efforts, particularly in the field of children’s literacy.

He has been actively involved in various philanthropic initiatives throughout his career including the Steven Jackson’s Blessings in a Backpack, an initiative to address childhood hunger, The Foundation for Foster Children, Community Youth Programmes as well as Health and Wellness Initiatives.
