Mrs eSoweto ceremony to hosted on October 14
The aim of the pageant is help women to rediscover their purpose in life and empower them with various skills to be better leaders in the community.
Sowetans are invited to the second annual Mrs eSoweto pageant launch and sashing ceremony that will take place on October 14, at the Soweto Hotel in Kliptown, Walter Sisulu Square.
This is the second edition of the Mrs eSoweto pageant following a successful first instalment last year.
The event will give Sowetans a chance to meet and get to know the finalists better in an intimate setting where they can even take pictures and share conversations.
As planned, the upcoming event will be bigger and better with more sponsors on board.
The pageant is targeted at matured women between the ages of 30 and 55 years. They must be engaged, married, divorced or widowed and reside in Soweto.

According to the founder, Fikile Motaung, the aim of the pageant is to help women rediscover their purpose in life and empower them with various skills to be better leaders in the community.
The Mrs eSoweto team is still looking for more potential sponsors or partners who will be keen to sponsor with hair products, wine brands, catering, sashes, crowns, vouchers and goodie bags.
