Painting fun to be held at local centre
Dini will work from a reference picture, presenting the processes to be followed in setting up the composition.
Dini Condy will host an oil and acrylic workshop in partnership with the Paint and Palette Group.
Set to be presented at Edenvale Community Centre it will be held on August 26.
The event will start at 09:00 for 09:30.

Dini will work from a reference picture, presenting the processes to be followed in setting up the composition.
Each person will be provided with a printed reference.
Dini will explain and demonstrate:
• How to approach shapes
• How to simplify a composition and put it together without tracing or outlining beforehand
• How to plan the lights and darks
• How to progress with the painting
Materials and canvas size requirements will be sent out to participants.
Coffee and tea will be provided however attendees are required to bring their own packed lunch.
The cost is R450 for the day and is offered to 12 Paint and Palette members only.
Those interested who are not members yet can become 2023 members for R300.
Places will only be reserved with prior payment.
No cash or payments will be received on the day of the workshop.
