Alicia Solomons, founder of the Sisterhood Foundation staid, “We run an Easter drive every year, where we send a little love and kindness to children.

“We supply Easter eggs, teddies, socks and blankets to orphanages, old age homes and other community centres.”

“We are doing this drive to make sure that no child feels forgotten. We want them to know that they are loved and though off,” she continued.

In a world where everyone is looking out for themselves and their families, it is important to step outside of self and consider those who do not have the ability celebrate the warm holidays like Easters and Christmas.
