Raylene Martin joins Mrs South Africa class of 2023

She received the good news on February 3 after the national casting event at Emperors Palace.

Eldorado Park’s own Raylene Martin can now add Mrs South Africa semi-finalist to her impressive resume as she joins the class of 2023.

She received the good news on February 3 after the national casting event at Emperors Palace.

The semi-finalists took part in a jam-packed two-day conference filled with motivational talks, workshops, upskilling sessions, socialising and networking opportunities, where she got introduced to the famous Mrs SA sisterhood.

Martin states, “I have commenced a journey that will positively transform my life, a moment that was predetermined prior to my birth. I express my eagerness to embrace my destiny and move forward towards my purpose.”

Mrs South Africa is foremost a self-discovery and empowerment programme that celebrates diversity, ambition and confidence, while showcasing some of the country’s most phenomenal and talented women, and giving them the skills and tools needed to achieve their dreams.

Sharing more about her reasons to enter Mrs SA, Martin explains, “My passion for women empowerment and youth development in my community has always pushed me to do more, and to discover my purpose more and more.”

“This time someone believed in me and encouraged me to enter Mrs SA.

“They planted the seed and I choose to water it by taking the leap of faith to entre Mrs SA and I am looking forward to this amazing journey ahead of me,” she continued.
