The aerobics fitness team is made up of community members of all ages.

The club was established in Ivory Park with the intention of promoting health and well-being, combating GBV and abuse, fighting crime and spreading Ubuntu via culture, religion, and sport in our town and its surrounding areas.

“I’ve been interested in and committed to developing a shared, living community that doesn’t rely exclusively on the guidance of the fitness industry experts,” said the club’s founder, Kgomotso Moeketsi.

“Being active is crucial to maintaining health, mental acuity and mobility. Because of this, the club is pleased to provide seniors of all activity levels with exercise classes.”
