Women who serve with purpose in Eldos received awards
30 women from Eldorado Park gets honoured at the first annual Women Who Serves With Purpose 2022 Awards.
Giving With A Purpose Foundation presented its first annual Women Who Serves With Purpose 2022 Awards on August 27.

The awards ceremony was held at the Nespro Centre, Extension 2 in Eldorado Park.
Founder of Giving With A Purpose Foundation, Nazlee Alberts shared that the purpose of the awards is to recognize, honour and acknowledge women who are warriors in Eldorado Park.
Those who work selflessly and tirelessly for the betterment of the community.
“Nothing like this has ever been done in Eldorado Park and it was about time that Giving With A Purpose Foundation did something to make these ladies feel like the queens that they are,” said Alberts.
She added that the idea came from her, Moeniera Daniels and Fajria Ally Kader when they hosted a Women’s Day event, Chanelle George was also part of the organisers.
Kader and Priya Ranchod from Eldorado Times were the speakers at the event.

“We asked the community of Eldorado Park to nominate women who have made a difference in their lives and in the community.
“We received hundreds of nominations, but only selected the top 30. These women are those who received the most nominations and the most heartfelt and honest motivations,” explained Alberts.
All 30 women were honoured at the event but the Women of Purpose 2022 award went to Badroenisha Ernest with Stephanie Duiker taking second place and Ruby Van Staden in third place.
The organisers of the awards would like to thank everyone who was part of the event, including all of the sponsors who were too many to mention.
