TV personality, Pearl Thusi to host the highly anticipated Miss Heritage Global 2022 Concert set to take place in Limpopo on September 25.

The latest news around the pageant follow a success honorary Women’s Day event held at Ubuntu Kraal earlier in the month in honour of the late struggle icon, Winnie Madikizela-Mandela.

Pearl Thusi, who is no stranger to the South African audiences, was initially meant to host the Miss Heritage Global Pageant Finale in 2021 but due to Covid-19 regulations, the event was postponed.

The concert will be held a day after the crowning of the winner of this year’s miss heritage – with local entertainment that will bring together citizens in celebration of the world’s different heritage and cultural diversity.

The event will feature performances by Limpopo-born singer and songwriter, Makhadzi, SA Musician and producer Master KG, and AmaPiano vocalist and musician Lady Du.

“Our theme for this year is #SheLeads and to end off the glorious crowning of the Miss Heritage Global 2022, we had to have our amazing and powerful superstars Pearl Thusi and Makhadzi as some of our leading entertainers at the concert on September 25,” said CEO of Miss Heritage Global, Mbofholowo Mbodi.

The first major pageantry event in Limpopo, Miss Heritage Global will crown this year’s winner in a glamourous evening featuring participants from over 50 countries in the world battling it out on local ground.

The event according to organisers will showcase the different cultures and backgrounds and showcasing the beauty of human and cultural diversity.

“The Miss Heritage Global pageant brings together young women from all nations and different social backgrounds socially and to be involved in the process of initiating positive change in the world through the use of beauty pageantry to promote world heritage and tourism.”
