Diepkloof police have launched manhunt for a murder suspect

According to police reports, the deceased was admitted at Bara Hospital in the early hours of the morning, at around after midnight with gunshot on his body.

Diepkloof police are calling on the public to assist with the apprehension of suspects involved in a shooting that left one person dead.

This as police have launched an investigation into the murder of a 33-year-old male from Zone 6 who died as a result of sustaining multiple guns wounds on July 11.

The police received reports, from the local hospital informing them of the incident at which a case of murder was opened.

According to police reports, “the deceased was admitted at Bara Hospital in the early hours of the morning, at around after midnight with gunshot on his body.”

Police said the motive of the shooting is unknown, and have further adding that the suspect(s) remain at large.

They urge anyone with information that could lead to the arrests of the perpetrators, to report the incident on the crime hotline on 0800 10111 or use the MYSAPS App to confidentially tip off the police regarding the case.
