Body of Khayalethu Magadla (7) has been found

The family was called to the scene to positively identify the body.

The body of seven year old Khayalethu Magadla from Dlamini 1 has been found.

Little Khayalethu allegedly fell into a manhole while playing with his friends at a park in Dlamini last month.

The Johannesburg Emergency Services and Johannesburg Water have been searching for his body ever since.

News of the discovery of the body emerged this afternoon after 21 days of intensive search in the drainage network from Dlamini to Klipspruit West.

The family was called to the scene to positively identify the body.

The discovery comes after Jozi FM led a candlelight prayer on Thursday at the scene where little Khaya disappeared.
