The event took place on June 4 at the extension 9 stadium where they fed almost 3000 people.

People were excited and got there two hours early to start queuing for food.

Food that the people received.

There were different stalls from different foundations such as a tea and coffee stall, adult clothing, kids clothing, treats and food court stalls.

As the people entered, they were required to sign a register and received a little bag that had coupons in they could use at the stalls.

This ensured that there was control and each person got everything that was available. Everyone could get coffee or tea, sweet treats, clothing item, some popcorn and a hot meal with a drink. The kids also received party packs.

“The aim of this is to make people aware of all the feeding schemes in Eldorado Park, because there are many people that don’t know about them,” said Nazlee Alberts, the event organiser and Giving With A Purpose founder.
