During the door to door visit to qualifying beneficiaries, Mabaso was joined by Inkatha Freedom party (IFP) president, honorable Velenkosini Hlabisa and relevant stakeholders.
The MMC of housing in the City of Johannesburg, Mlungisi Mabaso handed over 100 title deeds to residents of Lufhereng last Saturday.

One of the beneficiaries, Eugene Madini thanked the Department of Housing for making his dream of owning a house become a reality. “I am very grateful that I now have a title deed which states that I’m the rightful owner of this house.
I’m now free to do whatever I want in my yard,” said Madini. MMC Mabaso thanked the community of Lufhereng for being patient with the City’s Housing Department with regards to the issuing of title deeds. He also ensured them that more home owners will get their deeds.
