Tsepo Mhlongo donate soccer kit in ward 29
He says this ward contributed in his political growth and now it's time to give back.
DA Member of parliament and shadow Minister for Sports Arts & Culture, Tsepo Mhlongo is on a donating spree, kicking off his donation initiative last week when he donated a soccer kit to Orlando Eastern Wolfs FC.
” Besides the fact that this club is based in the part of the ward that contributed to my political growth, my aim is to invest in our future professional footballers and as the shadow minister for Sports I believe sports should be developed at grassroots level and for that to happen effectively, young players need the right equipment as it serves as motivation,” Mhlongo said.

Mhlongo also donated soccer balls, whistles, ball bag, a pump as well as goalkeeper gloves.
” It makes me happy to know that because of me, the boys can play in proper soccer gear in ward 29,” he said.
