Moroka SAPS arrest two for drug dealing

Moroka Police officers followed up on a tip-off on a drug dealer believed to be targeting high school learners as customers for his drugs.

On September 9, Moroka Police officers followed up on a tip-off on a drug dealer believed to be targeting high school learners as customers for his drugs.

The suspect was arrested at his home which is situated near the school. Police also said this was not the first time the suspect is arrested for a similar crime. Inside the house, police found over 100 mandrax tablets, more than 90 packets of crystal meth and dagga

The male was arrested with his friend who is believed to be an accomplice.

They were charged with dealing drugs and possession of an unlicensed firearm. Police would like to thank the community of Mapetla for their swift response in working with the police and leading to the arrests of the two suspects.
