Operation leads to arrest of murder suspects in Eldorado Park
The Eldorado Park SAPS continues to appeal to the community to urgently provide information on the outstanding suspects, their whereabouts and aliases.
On August 11, Eldorado Park police detectives conducted an operational which resulted in the arrest of14 suspects. Constable Roxanne Gibb said the arrested suspects included those who were wanted for assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, common assault, possession of stolen property and murder.
“Among those arrested for the charges of murder, two 19 year old males were detained in connection with an incident which occurred on Turf Road Extension 8, Eldorado Park on July 15. It is alleged that a 57-year-old victim was brutally assaulted and taken for medical attention where he succumbed to his injuries,” added Gibb.
On a separate incident, a17 year-old minor and a 33 year-old male were arrested for charges of murder.

The alleged suspects will appear in the respective courts during the course of the week.

The police also extended their gratitude residents for all the positive information provided which led to the arrests of the wanted suspects.
