Ntuthuko Shoba is being indicted today at the Roodepoort Magistrate’s court.
The case will be moved to the high court for the trial to begin.
He is being accused of masterminding the murder of his former lover Tshegofatso Pule.
He hired convicted Muzikayise Malephane to kill Pule who was 8 months pregnant last year.
Pule’s family was happy with the magistrate’s verdict of denying Shoba bail on May 7.
