The search for justice for Nathaniel Julies continues in Johannesburg High Court

Nathaniel Julies was gunned down close to his home. The community wants to see justice prevail.

The case of three Eldorado Park police officers who are standing trial in connection with the killing of Nathaniel Julies is expected back in court today.

Simom Scorpion Ndyalivana, Caylene Whiteboy, and Voster Netshingolo are facing charges of murder, discharging a firearm in public, possession of ammunition, and defeating the ends of justice.

After several postponements, the case was moved from the Protea Magistrate’s Court to the South Gauteng High Court in Johannesburg where the trial is expected to begin today.

In December last year, accused number three Netshingolo was granted R10 00 bail while the other two were denied.

Nathaniel Julies was gunned down close to his home. The community wants to see justice achieved.
