Kidnapping suspects from Freedom Park to appear before court

With the alleged kidnappers walking free in the streets, the family was frustrated with the Eldorado Park SAPS and how they handled the issue.

Constable Roxanne Gibb released the update on the case and shared that in the early hours of the morning of Friday, March 12, two suspects who allegedly kidnapped the 26-year-old victim from Freedom Park on February 28 were arrested using a warrant of arrest that had been issued by the court.

“The concerned family had been updated in this regard. This can serve to prove to the family that when Eldorado Park SAPS vowed to leave no stone unturned in this regard, we kept to our word,” said Gibb.

Both the 27-year-old female and 32-year-old male suspects were said to appear in the Protea Magistrate’s court.
