Eldorado Park SAPS welcome learners back to school

The Station Commander, Management, and members of the Eldorado Park SAPS visited all schools which had grouped pupils, in the various sectors within the Greater Eldorado Park.

Today, Monday 15 February 2021 the Station Commander, Management, and members of the Eldorado Park SAPS visited all schools which had grouped pupils, in the various sectors within the Greater Eldorado Park.

The returning learners were all warmly welcomed back to school, and the new students all seemed eager to start the new chapter of their educational career.

The staff and students in the various schools were all in adherence with the Regulations, as all were practicing social distancing, wearing their masks, and sanitizing.

The Eldorado Park SAPS members addressed the staff and learners of the various schools, indicating the importance of adhering to the Regulations, and they have also explained the implications and consequences of not adhering to the stipulated regulations.

The Station Commander Brigadier PH Van Dyk also indicated to the learners of the various schools that Eldorado Park SAPS will, like the previous years, have a zero-tolerance towards school violence, gang formation, bullying, truancy, and blatant disregard for the Law.

He also assured learners that they should at all times be and feel safe and that if anyone has violated their right to safety and security, they should report to Eldorado Park SAPS, where they will be assisted and supported in this regard.

The staff and learners were addressed concerning safety precautions as well as the random school visits and searches that the Eldorado Park SAPS will be conducted regularly, throughout the year.



Learners were requested to co-operate with their parents, teachers, SAPS, and fellow learners, to ensure a productive, safe, secure and successful year ahead for all.

The Matric class of 2021 were congratulated on their accomplishment and were encouraged to continue striving for great results.

The staff and learners all responded positively towards the SAPS and indicated their pledge towards making a positive difference in 2021.
