KELSTAR added; “We are here to help our communities, especially with our youngsters, soon we will start our KELSTAR Records as well so we like to use that as a platform for youngsters with the talent to use. I am a people’s person, I’m down to earth and I even call my fans ‘fam fans’ because they are my family and I should appreciate them and build them also.

“I am a versatile artist; I can sing and work with any genre. I have been writing my own music since I was 13 years old, I paint, sketch and I make my own clothing as well. When I write my songs, I do a lot of poetic justice to my music, it is inspired by Tracy Chapman and Tupac.

“I looked up to those people because they sang about reality, they made sense and opened our mind. So, I’m here to bring a positive message, to open people’s hearts, and touch their souls.”
