From Protea to Lancaster University in England

Help Thato Lentsoe further his studies.

Lancaster University in England is calling Thato Lentsoe’s name as he intends to further study International Law, but the young qualified advocate needs some help to realize his dream.

The 25-year-old from Protea exclaimed that when he applied at one of the top five ranked universities in England after completing his LAW (LLB) Studies at the University of Johannesburg, he almost didn’t believe that he would get accepted.

“Studying is expensive and it is not easy to get the funding to study,” said Lentsoe.

Lentsoe was determined to make something of himself ever since he finished his matric in Seanamarena High School back in 2012.

After completing Grade 12 Lentsoe made it a point to further his studies, he went to study law in UJ until 2019 when he completed his master’s degree.

“I am seeking funds to continue with my studies so that I can be able to go ahead and represent my people in the world.

“I have applied for the International Law course at Lancaster University so that I could be the Secretary-General in the United Nations.”

Not having the money nor financial support he needed to acquire his masters didn’t discourage nor stop Lentsoe who studied via the National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NAFSAS) and already has the experience of having been admitted to work as an advocate.

While studying towards his masters, the 25-year-old helped tutor final year Law students at UJ.

Lentsoe should be headed to the United Kingdom (UK) in England by October this year, he has already even approached the likes of Fikile Mbalula, Julius Malema, Mmusi Maimane and the President Cyril Ramaphosa for assistance, the people from Soweto who would like to see the young man progress in his studies can call him on 079 783 6181.
