Orlando West (707) Home Affairs temporary closed

The branch is temporarily closed till they get a scanner to assist in screening their clients.

Residents woke up today to find the Orlando West Home affairs not operating. It is alleged that they were closed because they did not have safety kit to prevent them from Covid-19.

According to the Spokesperson of the branch Pearl Poto the branch was temporarily closed while they wait for a scanner to assist in screening their clients.

Poto denied the allegations that the stuff does not have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) She confirmed that the staff does have gloves, masks and sanitizers.

“We are currently registering Deaths, we will be back on with the rest of Level 4 services such as birth registration of babies born from 26 February to current, temporary ID, new death registration, collections of ID and re-issue of birth certificates tomorrow,” concluded Poto.
