A rough start to the season saw coach Milutin Sredojevic resign and assistant coach Rulani Mokwena take over as interim coach. However, after a disastrous run of games, Josef Zinnbauer was brought in. The German has had an immediate impact since his appointment. A revived Orlando Pirates has won all 5 of their last 5 matches.
Pirates’ supporters will be pinning their hopes on the striker, Gabadinho Mhango. The Malawian intentional is the league’s leading goal scorer with 12 goals to his name.
