Police investigate a case of inquest following the discovery of a stillborn baby on Monday between Tladi and Naledi next to the railway line.
Naledi SAPS is investigating a case of inquest following the discovery of a stillborn baby on Monday 06 January in the afternoon, the age and gender of the baby could not be identified.
According to the police statement, the community members discovered the stillborn baby in a stream between Tladi and Naledi next to the railway line and reported the matter to the police.

“On arrival at the scene, the police found a body of a stillborn, the age of the baby could not be determined. The body was in a very bad condition. It is not clear at the moment who might have dumped the body,” the police statement said.
Constable Dakalo Phemula said a case of the inquest was opened at Naledi Saps and the police investigation is underway, no one is arrested at the moment.
