Three arrested for drug dealing by Langlaagte SAPS

Communications officer from the Langlaagte police station, Constable Phumi Kraai released a statement stating that the Langlaagte SAPS is clamping down on drug dealing at Jukskei Drive in Riverlea Extension and the Informal Settlement of Zamimpilo. According to Constable Kraai the Langlaagte SAPS Crime Prevention members conducted a drug operation that was crime intelligence-driven, which lead to a search of a suspicious white GTI Golf in Jukskei drive.
“Two males age 26 and 32 were found with 19 ziplocks containing crystal meth to the street value of about R950 and 10 crystal meth smoking glass to the street value of about R30, the two males were arrested for dealing in drugs,” said Kraai.

On the same day the Langlaagte SAPS Crime Prevention officers proceeded to the informal settlement of Zamimpilo on the same intelligence-driven operation which lead to a search at a shack at where (01) one female aged 27 was arrested for dealing in drugs, (03) three half mandrax tablets, (14) fourteen quarter mandrax tablets, and (04) four ziplock bags containing crystal meth were found in her possession.
According to Kraai, the suspect will appear in Newlands Magistrate Court soon.
