After the man was allegedly stabbed during a robbery in the wee hours a few Sunday Mornings ago, the spokesperson for Diepkloof SAPS, Phephi Matlou-Mteto explained that the police did all they could and followed all the possible leads to make sure that the thugs are called to justice.

Matlou-Mteto reported how the murdered man was found naked with stab wounds before the manhunt was launched.

Matlou-Mteto said, “It was unfortunate that one person passed away a few weeks ago during what seemed like a robbery turned homicide, but we are at least consoled by the fact that the two men suspected to be the ones who killed the other man last week have been caught and have appeared in court for their first appearance on 30 September.”

The men appeared in court and their case was remanded, however, the spokesperson for Diepkloof SAPS further urged the people who may have been at the scene during the incident and anyone who may have witnessed what really happened to go forth with the information as it may be very vital in solving what seems like a robbery turned homicide.
