One of Miss Earth Finalists Loreal Magro visited Newclare Primary School this morning to teach the Grade 3 learners about ‘Green Education’.

The finalist is currently running a campaign where she visits schools to teach learners about planting trees and the importance of it. Learners had the opportunity to plant one of the eight trees that were brought to the school by Magro.

Today, they planted a lemon tree which according to Magro if well looked after, learners and resident’s will be able to eat from the tree.
