Family wants justice for Mbuyisa

The court case is postponed to Thursday.

The perpetrator who is accused of killing Nomsa Mbuyisa on May 30, 2018, appeared at Palmridge Court in Thokoza (East Rand).

The matter has been adjourned to August 1 Thursday.

The suspect left the courtroom without looking at the packed public gallery.

He will remain in custody.

He is facing charges of murder, two attempted murder, unlawfully firearm and unlawfully ammunition.

Outside Court, Dumisani Mbuyisa said, “We are tired of the court case being postponed because we are ready for the trial and we want justice for our sister.”

He added that going to court is a reminder of how they lost their sister. “We want the suspect to get a life sentence and we will find closure in our hearts.”
