The King Alpha and Queen Development organisation situated in Zola extension 1 and Zola 1 is a non-profit organisation that was established in 2009 and registered in 2012 as a community development pilot project.

The organisation is actually aimed at assisting and empowering senior citizens, more specifically the underprivileged ones.

“Our grannies benefit a lot from this organisation as it gives them skills and it provides them with an environment where they can freely obtain information, there are also extramural activities such as exercising and knitting,” said the centre Manager, Lisebo Parkie.
