AMD made people sing along at the Box Shop

AMD is touring tirelessly.

The Pop Trio from Eastern Cape consisting of two phenomenal vocalists has not rested yet since their tour to the EC then back to Johannesburg, Soweto where their songs are slowly becoming lover’s anthems.

The prolific Manager for the trio, Lingo Jongo explained that performances and gigs are their ideas of familiarizing themselves and their songs with the people.

AMD recently performed at the Box Shop in Orlando at the Vilakazi street and Sizo Netthie and Thabiso Nkomo got the people singing along to their singles even though the crowd from the Box Shop seemed tough to win over.

Nkomo said, “We love the fact that the people vibed with our songs and that always means so much to us.”

Asthandane, one of AMD’  hit single was warly felt and by the time the charismatic AMD had to leave the stage, the people were singing it out loud.

Nkomo said, “Being an artist entails of this, performing and bonding with your fans and that is like child’s play to us because we absolutely love what we do.”

Lingo concluded that “We make music for the people and people must always look forward to seeing us perform in the areas because we have been touring tirelessly to make sure that everyone who loves music is familiar to our sound.”
