Riverlea Primary School endowed with a library

RRL together with The Bill Jardine Foundation opened the library for learners at Riverlea Primary School.

Readers R Leaders (RRL), a non-profit organisation has been improving English reading, operating book-clubs, assisting school libraries, arranging motivational talks, and basically spreading a culture of reading in our communities for the past few years.

With just about a month apart the organisation managed to partner with other organisations to open two libraries in our schools.

Principal Marcelle Elephant was very pleased at how the organisations keep giving back to the community, he expressed his gratitude towards Roger Jardine from the Bill Jardine Foundation as well as to Cyril Turton who is the founder of RRL.


Kerry Paulsen will be the liberian at the new school library.

A plaque in the library was open to commemorate the occasion and principal Elephant announced that learners will only be using the library in the next school term. Read full article in our next issue.
