Political parties in Naledi prepare voters for tomorrow

The residents advised to visit their nearest voting stations to check their order in order to avoid any complications.


With the recent challenge that occurred in Protea Glen where some special voters could not vote because their names were not found on the list.

African National Congress (ANC) and the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) have set-up information centres in Naledi, opposite to Naledi SAPS and at Karabo primary school to help voters check whether they have registered and that their name appears on the votes list.

Elizabeth Mashatole from the ANC branch election team at Kabelo Moralo in ward 20,  said that they started yesterday with the special votes and today they were able to assist people to check their name on the votes list.



“People can come and inquire and check their information so that they don’t encounter challenges after waiting in long lines,” said Mashatole.

EFF branch election team member Moshidisi Morutudi, stated that so far the people who come to check their details will all be ready to vote tomorrow as they have not encountered any challenges with missing names on the voters roll.

They advised residents to go to any of the nearest voting stations to check their names to avoid any complications tomorrow.
