Killer Kau to tour Soweto soon
Killer Kau has more to offer for his fans.
Sakhile Hlatshwayo famously known as Killer Kau has recently passed his matric with Bachelor’s Degree. The 20-year-old star completed his matric at Lavela Secondary School in Zola. Tholukuthi Hey! Hit-maker Killer Kau in partnership with Soweto Music and Entertainment Academy will host a High School tour. The main aim of this tour is to motivate and inspire learners to think differently about the year ahead and get them ready and in tune. The tour is not only about motivational talks but they will also be donating a school uniform to ten underprivileged learners in each school, giving away Soweto Youth Festival masterclasses tickets to each high school, and giving away Styla Gang Original Designs discount vouchers to learners at each school. The 20-year-old star will be touring at Naledi, Forte, Bhukulani, Mapetla, Aurora, Reasoma, Daliwonga, Emushuka Ntambo, Morris Isaacson, and Jabulani Technical to name a few schools.
Tholukuthi Hey! Hit-maker said: “I want to give people more music. Last year was hard for me to release music because the school was on my neck. This year I want to focus my energy on music and learning more about the music industry and how to do things for myself.”
He added that this year he wants to introduce new artists that he was previously working with. There is so much music to be released and I believe the youth deserves the opportunity as well.
“I was fortunate enough to be discovered at a young age. I would love to give more young people that opportunity without expecting them to compromise themselves and freedom just to shine in this industry.”
One of the best highlights of the day will be the performance from Killer Kau and NZY & G-SNAP as a token of appreciation to learners for supporting their music.
