Machona said his sessions incorporate dance into aerobics and since he has started he hasn’t stopped as he would like to see himself expanding to other communities.

“Now my focus is to help my community to keep in shape and also include dancing in aerobics,” said Machona.

Ayanda Mlandu, who was also invited to an event with Herbalife is a nutritionist who gave tips about following a balanced diet to stay healthy.

She said, “South Africa is leading when it comes to obesity and especially woman are at risk, so if a woman gets to do it, then it would be easier for the family to follow,” said Mlandu.
