Boston Gay Men’s Chorus is in South Africa

Joined by the Mzansi Gay Choir for a portion of the show, Boston Gay Men’s Chorus gave a killer show at the Soweto Theatre in Jabulani.

The award winning all-gay American choir performed Broadway, movies, pop culture and spirituals. As part of their South Africa Tour, the choir partnered with local non profit organisations to help raise money and awareness about issues such as HIV/AIDS, Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals, Transgenders and Queers (LGBTQ) youth, LGBTQ refugees and asylum seekers.Proceeds from the Soweto Theatre concert will benefit the Kliptown Youth Program (KYP) . Thulani Madondo, founder of KYP expresses his greatest gratitude.
