Have you read a book titled Ás we think’

Speech to text.

One of Soweto’s newest and finest writers, Paballo Dikobe shares some light on his life journey through his book titled Ás we think’.

Aimed at sparking the way we think and inspired by a wealthy knowledge and experience in philosophy, the book makes a combination of discourse on youth empowerment and the philosophy of life in an African modern society.

Drawing its title from the famous quote – Í think therefore I am’, the book makes reference to how a philosophical tool can be used to achieve success and how these tools can be used in different ways.

The subtitle of the book is ‘Re-defining the struggle for upcoming youth’ which speaks to Dikobe’s passion for and history in youth development and has written the book in such a way that it is intended to spark a debate about what young people are currently going through.

“The book forms part of a series of books. I’m planning to publish the next issue at around June this year. The current book was published in 2014 and is currently doing well although I would have loved to share my message with more young people.”

By profession, Dikobe is a philosophical business consultant whose business is based in Soweto and functions to service clients from Soweto and elsewhere.
