Platform for brimming talent

Xolani Nkosi and Thabiso Mndebele wanna build a platform for the youth.

Noticing that his Kasi is brimming with talent, the talent that often goes unnoticed, Xolani Nkosi figured he should use his entrepreneurial talent to create a platform for the talented and ambitious to voice out and display their talents.

Before Nkosi got to the point where he would be able to start his own thing he was always a leader, from when he matriculated at Seanamarena High School in Moletsane, where he lived before moving to Diepkloof.

After completing school, Nkosi didn’t have a job like many other young people in Soweto, but he didn’t stray until he got his first job at a small IT company as an administrator.

“After I figured out that the money was little for my pocket, I decided to take a leap of faith and I quit,” said Nkosi.

Nkosi went on to study at Torque-IT College where he studied for three years, but within the last year of his studying, he got an offer for a job as a storage analyst where he is still working.

Nkosi said, “I have been receiving an overwhelming amount of support from my mother who has been there for me from the beginning.”

Nkosi’s intuitive urge to open up a company made him realise the need for a team, so Thabiso Mndebele and he joined forces to make the Le Good Life a reality.

Le Good Life is Xolani Nkosi’s first company and he said they aim to give a voice to the voiceless and a platform to the deprived.

Mndebele was confident enough to mention that he joined the team to make sure that everything flows smoothly when it comes to the administration of the company that is for the youth by the youth.
