PHOTOS: Life inside of Zamimpilo Informal Settlement

Zamimpilo is known for many things but the one thing which people are unaware of is the large-scale of the area.

Zamimpilo Informal Settlement is known for many things but the one thing which people are unaware of is the large-scale of the area. Over a year many more shacks have been built and the area has taken a toll on the increase of bodies living there.

Land, water, and air pollution are all present within the camp and the health of residents are at risk.

Residents from Horseshoe met with the committee members of the informal settlement and they had a tour around the camp. These photos are just a few taken from the informal settlement.
