Twins say ‘yes I do’ to twins

Will you take my hand in marriage?

A blessing of twins marrying another couple of twins was celebrated in our community over the past weekend. Married under the union of a church in Tladi, the couple has known each other since their high school years and were ought to tie their knot.

Marcia Mokhone and Sarah Mokhone grew from humble beginnings in Naledi and have always shared a special bond that only they can experience.

They first met their soulmate around the year 2000 and have always been sharing and exploring their special bond as individual couples and as a set of twins dating twins.

“We had been dating for the past 18 years. Ours is a typical love story because it was love at first sight for both of us.

“We met in the year 2000, early on the year at St. Patrick Apostol Church, our eyes connected and Michael couldn’t help but want to introduce himself, after that the rest was history.”

The most epic thing about these twins union is that the men had no idea that the ladies are also twins and they dated them separately for some months before finding out that their potential soulmates are also twins.

Micheal Mokone and Mojaki Mokone, on the other hand, share the sentiment that Mojaki and Sarah were made for them and their search for love was completed when they found Marcia and Sarah.

On their wedding day, they celebrated their day at the Dynamic Ministries in Tladi where their ceremony was marked with simplicity and outdoor elegance that was marked with a scenery of a pink and white floral setting.

The entrance of the brides was welcomed by young and cute bride’s maids dressed in pink and maroon. The wedding reception venue continued the floral theme but this time with a blue and white signature that blends well with the wedding cake.
