Nomgenge Duo brought the Gauteng Film Commission (GFC) of South Africa to Eldos. The GFC held a workshop at the Reaping Harvest Church on the corner of Concorde and Silwer Street in Eldorado Park.
The GFC is there to develop, promote and coordinate the film and television production industry in South Africa’s wealthiest province.
As an agency of the Gauteng Provincial Government, they are responsible in making the Gauteng province a world-class destination for film-making and making it known, as well as attracting local and international investments in the film and television industry.

Puisano Phatoli, during her workshop, touched on the pre-production, production, and post-production as sub-topics when it came to filming. Phatoli also formed a group with the Eldos community promising to work with them, in growing film as an industry in the community.
If you would like to be a part of the group, contact Siboniso Nomgenge on his Facebook page for more information.
