“Road accident victims came to claim and their cases were dealt with at the centre on the day.

“Road accident victims who want to look at the progress attained so far regarding their claims were assisted and they received direct feedback.

“Road accidents victims whom their settlement was finally reached, got paid last Saturday. A total of 17 cases were settled today which is a great success on our part,” said Kuapane.

He said in total, they consulted with 112 people on the day for different cases.

Kupane encourages road accident victims to directly opened their claims with their office so that they could get a direct response from their office which would speed up their complains without a middleman.

He added that their services are for free of charge. RAF has offices in all the public hospitals countrywide and customer service centres in five major cities in the country namely, Mbombela, Polokwane, Mafikeng, Kimberly and Bloemfontein.

“Today we dispatched a total of 35 RAF officials who were tasked with the responsibility of servicing the community of Soweto here at Umthombo Wolwazi.

“This outreach initiative is ongoing to other parts of the country,” said Kuapane.
